Terms and Conditions for eMitra24 Online Centre:
1.
Whenever the eMitra24 portal is closed for any reason, the online operation of all the centers will stop and you cannot take any claim or legal action against eMitra24 or its owner and 15 days before the closure, email all the centers and eMitra portal. You will be informed through notification. Your wallet amount will be credited to your account through net banking/upi.
2.
If any kind of technical problem occurs on the eMitra24 portal, you will cooperate with us completely until the problem is resolved.
3.
The data will be stored on the server for 15 days from the date of completion of the work job of the center on the eMitra portal and after the expiry of the period, the data will be deleted from the server.
4.
If you enter the amount of each service as per the government rules and do not enter the price as per the rules, then you yourself will be responsible if the government takes action against your center.
5.
After your center becomes digital online active, if there is any dispute between you and the customer regarding the work, then you yourself will be responsible for it, not us.
6.
You should do the work of your customer as per the given time and in case of server down/technical problem, inform your customer and give them the refund as per the given time and if you do not do the work as per the time and do not give the refund, you yourself will be responsible.
7.
If you tamper or misuse any kind of document given on the portal by your customer, then you will be responsible for it, as per government rules.
8.
If your customer's application is rejected or any error is made while filling the form, the entire money of your customer will have to be refunded.
9.
After acceptance of the application sent by the customer and after completion of the work, the customer cannot store the entire document on his computer / mobile / tablet / hard-disk or any other medium, he will have to delete the entire document after the work is completed. .
10.
Center Advertisement Benar Services will not be published without our approval and no one can put pressure on us if we do not approve. We reserve this right and if we do not approve the advertisement, your money will be returned to your wallet.
11.
Work Forward Terms and Conditions 1. After filling the form online in all work forward services, you will be given application slip/enrollment number. If the application is successful/unsuccessful then we will not be held responsible. We will only fill the application online. The work and success/failure of the application is decided by the institute you have applied for and in case of online server being down, if it takes more time than shown, you will be informed.
2. After applying online in Print Order Service, you will be given the application slip and we are not responsible if the card does not reach your address. We will help you in checking the order status/order number.
3. Insurance Services – Vehicle Accident Claim You will have to make the claim from the same company from which your insurance is made and we will not take any responsibility if the claim is not received.
12.
Form Download - If you download any form in the downloadable form shown on the Emitra 24 portal, the amount shown for downloading will be deducted from your wallet and the amount for downloading the form will not be refunded.
13.
Wailet Recharge – For Wailet recharge, you have to transfer the payment on the account number / QR code shown on the emitra 24portal, after the payment is transferred, the virtual amount will be transferred to your Violet within 72 hours and the Wailet amount can be used only for you and us. This will be done in the middle of the transaction and not for any other use. If you request to transfer the violet amount to your account only using the payout option, then we will transfer it to you through net banking/upi Through this medium, money will be transferred to your account within 12 to 48 hours
14.
Notification – Notification is put only by us which is visible to you and your customer. Information about any kind of technical problem is given in the notification and you cannot put the notification.
15.
News - We post basic information from our services published in newspapers and news through the portal.
16.
Emitra24 may make changes to its Terms and Conditions from time to time. Emitra Center Agent should read and agree to the Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
Terms and conditions for center customers
1.
Emitra 24 works to connect you and us/our centre. In case of success or failure of the work, you and we will be responsible and Emitra 24 has no responsibility in this. Emitra24 is only an online platform provider.
2.
While filling the online form, OTP will be sent to your mobile or email ID, then we will call you from our center registered mobile number, only then you tell us OTP and when you get a call on any other number, do not tell OTP. If you give OTP to another person, then something will happen. You yourself will be responsible if any loss occurs.
3.
We do not call and ask for information like ATM card number / CVV number / Expiry Date / PIN number / Net Banking user ID / Password. If you do not give the above information to any person, then you will be responsible for any loss.
4.
Payment of the application form: You should make the payment only after seeing the account number or QR code shown on our center mobile app emitra24, name of the setter/name of the owner and you should not make the payment in any other account. If you make payment in any other account, then you yourself are responsible. will be

If ever any kind of technical problem arises on Emitra24 portal/mobile app, you will cooperate with us completely till the problem is resolved.
6.
After filling the form online for all the services applied for, you will be given the application slip/enrolment number. If the application is successful/unsuccessful, we will not hold any responsibility. We only do the work of filling the application online and the success/failure of the application will be yours. This is done by the institution you have applied for and you will be informed if it takes more than the indicated time in case the online server is down.

Services with card print/lamination – Your card will be printed with lamination as per the time indicated in the application and you will receive it at our center and if you do not come to collect the card as per the time indicated in the application, then we will not take any responsibility if the card is not received after 15 days. will not happen
8.
After applying online in Print Order Service, you will be given the application slip / order number and we are not responsible if the card does not reach your address, we will help you to check the order status.
9.
