eMitra24 Centers Money Refund Policy

1.

If the application forwarded by you is completed, the amount will not be refunded.

2.

If your forwarded application is rejected due to lack of documents or other reasons, the full amount will be refunded to you immediately.

3.

If your forwarded application is not filled by us within the specified period, in such a situation the full amount will be refunded to your wallet.

4.

after completing your forwarded form by us, if you find any error in filling the online application form, then you should inform us within 10 days by registering in the help and complaint form given in the portal and the mistake will be rectified by us in filling the form. If so, your entire money will be returned to your wallet within 15 days of intimation. If there is a mistake in your forwarded form then the money will not be refunded and if there is a mistake in the form filled by us then you inform us after 10 days then the money will not be refunded to you.

5.

If the company/agency/government organization or any government organization you have applied for is not approved or ineligible, if it accepts or rejects your application as per their working limit and the stated working period, then we will not be held responsible. This will not happen and no refund of any kind will be given. We only do form filling work

6.

If you find any mistake in your forwarded form, immediately contact us (Emitra 24) and get the work rejected. And get your refund. The money will not be refunded after the work is approved.

7.

A transaction fee of Re 1 will be charged for every job approved in the current job list of your center panel and this fee will not be refunded. The amount shown may be more or less in future.

8.

Money will not be refunded after downloading the list form on the portal.

9.

If the eMitra24 portal closes down for any reason in the future, then the online operation of all the centers will stop and the center registration fee will not be refunded. Your violet amount will be returned to your account through net banking/upi.

10.

Center registration fee will not be refunded after approval and will return the amount to your account through net banking/upi within 20 days of rejection.

11.

Center Advertisement Banner Services: After approval, the money will not be refunded and in case of rejection, full refund will be given to your wallet.

12.

eMitra24 may make changes to its refund policy from time to time. emitra24 Agent must read the refund policy and give its consent.

Center's Customer Refund Policy –

1.

After filling the form online for all the services applied for, you will be given the application slip/enrollment number. If the application is successful/unsuccessful, we will not hold any responsibility, we only do the work of filling the application online and the application is successful. /Fail is done by the institute you have applied for and you will be informed if it takes more than the indicated time in case the online server is down.

2.

After we complete your online form, if you find any error in filling the online application form, then please inform us within 10 days by registering on our center registered mobile number or through Help and Complaint given in the portal/mobile app. If you make any mistake while filling the form, your entire money will be returned to your account through Net Banking/UPI within 15 days of intimation, If there is a mistake in the form filled by you then the money will not be refunded and if there is a mistake in the form filled by us then you inform us after 10 days then the money will not be refunded to you.

Once your application is approved, the amount will not be refunded.

4.

If your application is rejected due to lack of documents or other reasons, then the full amount will be refunded to your account/UPI through net banking/UPI within 20 days from the date of rejection.

5.

Your application will not be filled online by us as per the period shown, in such a situation, if the period exceeds the period shown, the entire amount will be returned to you through net banking/upi within 20 days.

6.

If you make a mistake in filling the form and giving information, then contact us immediately and get the work done unsuccessfully. And within 10 days of failure, the money will be returned to your account/UPI through net banking/UPI and the amount will not be refunded after the work is approved.

7.

In case the transaction fails while sending the payment, you and your bank will be responsible, if the payment is pending then please inform us and confirm the payment by adding the transaction number.

8.

Money will not be refunded after downloading the form in form download services.

9.

We may make changes to our refund policy from time to time. Customer, please read the refund policy and give your consent.
